[Resolved]  Tata Walky — Tata Indicom sucks - non replacement of faulty instrument

This is in regards to my tata walky no.[protected]. I purchased tata indicom walky (delta walky plus) on 8/6/11 from Tata Indicom exclusive store - M/S Excellent communications (Mayur Vihar, Delhi). Within one month of purchase, the FM base of the walky stopped working. I called innumerable times at the indicom customer care, mailed them endless times but to no avail. Their nodal officer (Manoj Semwal) also gives no response to any of the mails / phone calls.

After chasing customer care for more than 15 days, finally Tata indicom junior engineer came. After checking the base of the delta walky plus, he gave me a DOA form and said to take it to service centre for replacement. I took it to the service centre mentioned by him which is in South Delhi (Lajpat nagar) which is very far from my place. But they simply refused to entertain me saying I should contact my seller. I even contacted my seller (Harish - [protected] from M/S Excellent communications, Mayur Vihar, Delhi). Initailly he said that as I've DOA form, he will come and replace the faulty set. But then he stopped picking my phone.I am really fed up of all these running from pillar to post. Via this forum, I would like to tell Tata Indicom that they have got two choices -

1) Send a replacement for the delta walky plus base asap.
2) Disconnect my connection and refund my full money.

Else I'll have to drag Tata Indicom into consumer court.

I didn't expect such poor service from Tata. I'll NEVER EVER subscribe anything from TATA group. I just want to alert everyone that if you are using any of the tata services then do it at your own risk as IT IS A SIN to use tata services.

Tataindicom Walky — replacement of phone set

my tataindicom walky is crushed, i have given it to the dealer for its replacement. now its more than a month nor the company and the dealer is taking any initiative in the case

TATA Indicom — faulty instrument replacement

I bought a tata indicom mobile which got some problem and the authorized service center personnel gave me the replacement certificate, which i need to submit to the dealer and get the new instrument. But the dealer is not ready to replace the instrument and made me to have rounds of his shop for 2 months.

Even i approaced Tata indicom people at KLK building in Hyderabad, even they are also not in a position to give justice to me.

TATA — poor quality walky set

we have purchased 10 walky set from tata tele. and alloted no.[protected][protected]-57-58-59
from the day one we were faceing the sound problem, voice clearty, echo problem.regarding this when ever we try to lodge the comlained at coustmer care they did not note the complained.there local office told us that it is software problem and according to them software is upgraded but still the same problem is there.we are running a call center due to voice problem we are losing our bussiness and suffering a lot .before than to give us these phones company never asked us that what kind of sets they are having .they just fools their clints and forced them to buy poor quality sets
