My name is Ajaya I am holding Tata wimax broadband connection since 7 month up to 4 month the service is ok afterword I face problems for slow browsing , frequent disconnects I am using 750 kbps infinity plan as they says but if I tray to down lode any thing the net get disconnect withene minutes I complain them since two month every time they say your sating is reseated. now onward there will be no problem but the very next day the problem is there .2 month of struggle with them I am fad up now to keep calling them but the problem still their I am fad up with their service if any one looking for their service kindly don’t take .

tata wimax — installation service
Hi,I got a call from Tata trying to sell me a connection. I unfortunately agreed to take the connection and am suffering since. They came to collect the payment with in 30mins of the call. But post that for the installation I had to followup continuously for several days. Post installation they are yet to make the account active. When I try calling their customer care number, they refuse to take a complaint since the account is not active.
Will not recommend this connection to anyone.
