tata wimax — False Promises from TATA WIMAX

Hi Greetings!

TATA WIMAX is one of the worst service provider that I have ever seen, lot and lots of false promises from them.

When I applied for a New connection, they said I will get a connection speed of 600 to 650 KBPS for the 750 KBPS plan and all the VPN works fine with this connection..

But the real thing is, I am getting a connection speed of hardly 250 to 350 KBPS and VPN's does not work with TATA WIMAX. Every time when I call the customer care, either they say we will try to fix this issue ASAP or they will put the call on hold for some 5 mins and bangs the phone down.

I do not know why they are selling the product by giving false promises to the customer.

False Promises, Poor Customer Care from TATA WIMAX. I suggest people who are looking for TATA WIMAX. Please beware and stay away from them.
