This is to inform you that I ,D.P.Karn, a customer of your internet service and my tata indicom internet number is 09233476610.I received your bill for the month of december 15,2009 to january 14,2010 on 19th january 2010.According to the bill received
the total time that had been used is 3732 minutes whereas my pc data shows 1128 minutes.It have been orally informed to you about the differences in time.After showing my data it was accepted by the company that yes there is a huge differences.
I had complain in Durgapur workoffice on 5.02.2010 by e-mail and there was also a attachment file of my internet use data by screenshot to the internet usage unit but there was not any response.After not getting any response I made a phone call on 5 feb,2010 in durgapur workoffice, they informed me that they did't received any mail and adviced me to send a fax to 03432544870 .After sending the fax they made no response to it and told me that the bill send by them is correct,then I made a phone call and complained about it hence they send me a complain number 21296825 again it had been innformed by them that the bill send by them is correct .I told that if their bill is correct then why it is not matching with the data shown by my Tata indicom usb modem.It had been informed by you that the complain send by me has no connection with the bill so it is being accepted in a different way.Again there was a phone call by your company that the bill that had been already generated cannot be checked,and told me that where I had complained for the first time I should send my data and get it checked for the rectification of the bill.when you had send the bill for15.2.2010 to 14.3.2010 I was surprised to see that if the internet was already disconnected by you for not paying the bill then how could it be possible that I used the net in supplied period of time .According to me I think there is mechanical problem which need to be searched out.
I kindly request you to go through all the bills and send me the rectified bills so that I can pay for it and please also send me the detailed bill for 14.12.2009 to 14.3.2010.
