[Resolved]  Telebrands (India) Pvt. Ltd. — No product delivery after paying full payment

Dear Sir,


I have purchased two product from telebrans (India) Pvt. Ltd. in the month of Aug. For that I have made a payment on the date of 12.08.2009 through my credit card. I have received both product on 22-aug-09. One product was defected among them. I have couried that product as per their communication to their office on 24-Aug-09 through Nilgiri Courier and It was delivered on 28-Aug-09 to their office.

After It I have made more then 25 calls to them but I am not getting any response. Every day a new one pick the phone and ask to me for next seven days. Now its 15-Sept-09 and I am very much disappointed this time.

For the evedience I am including my Credit Card bill and product bill.

Kindly do the needful.

Telebrands India Pvt ltd — Product Delivery

I have ordered a product on august 2008 and they have charged Rs. 8000/- for the product to my credit card. It is now 1.5 month till now I didnt get my product delivered. Customer Support Executives are not responding properly. Interest is being paid unnecessarily for rs8000/-. I never suggest again Telebrands to any one.

TeleBrands (India) Pvt. Ltd. — Damaged Blades & pathetic response

I ordered a Nicer Dicer ORd no M779683 and paid through Credit card. The item was shipped on 3.4.09 vide invoice no V[protected] and received on 6.4.09. Since at the time of order, we were told of about 10-15 days for delivery, we were satisfied to receive on 6.4.09.

On 7.4.09 morning, when I cut an onion into four pieces and placed the soft side up on the nicer dicer to make smaller pieces, one of the blades came off with the onion and another on the cutter became bent.

To log this complaint and receive a resolution, I made 7 phone calls to the customer complaint department and each time the call centre executive was unhelpful and asked me to call after 10 minutes. I am very unhappy with the complaints redressal and my investment of Rs. 2094 is probably a waste, if this is the attitude of the Company. One would expect the call centre to give a complaints number and get someone from the company to call back to assure that we did not make a mistake in buying this product.

Will someone in Tele Brands listen to my problem and replace the broken cutting blades or will they take back the item and refund or suggest me to throw this piece away and never look towards advertised products ever again??!!!
