I saw an advertisement of a product named “Fix it Pro” over Zee TV network made by TeleBrands (India) Pvt. Ltd, the presenter presenting the product that it will remove the scratches from the car, I phoned to the TeleBrands (India) Pvt. Ltd and the person asked me to give my credit card no. which I gave to him and he told me that the product will bo received within 15 days and the prize of the product is 2094/-...

No product delivery after paying full payment
Dear Sir,
I have purchased two product from telebrans (India) Pvt. Ltd. in the month of Aug. For that I have made a payment on the date of 12.08.2009 through my credit card. I have received both product on 22-aug-09. One product was defected among them. I have couried that product as per their communication to their office on 24-Aug-09 through Nilgiri Courier and It was delivered on 28-Aug-09 to their office.
