[Resolved]  The India Today Shop/ Reebok Summer Kit — NON RECEIPT OF ORDERED ITEM

I want to buy Reebok summer kit it is very nice

Myself rameshwar ordered a reebok kit of rs 3199/- on 1 st oct 2009 and paid the same by credit card . the message i recieved on 15 oct on my mobile no. [protected] stating that the articles have been despatched by blue dart courier.the reference no . was [protected]. and order no. 0GA[protected].till date i have not been delivered the articles. i went to blue dart office and enquired, they said that this article have been booked but order was withdrawn back.
so please rectify my problem since i have complaint 4th time but no response till date, so it seems to be fraud. i will wait for a week otherwise i have to file a case in consumer form.

Reebok Kit — one item is not present in rebok kit

I have received the reebok kit on[protected]. But when i open this reebok kit box then i found that the one item of reebok kit ( reebok classic watch) was not present in the box. Then i try to contact with the courior man but he had gone. I have also complain about it with the samsung office. I also complain with you about this case. Please take it serious and try to find that where it is lost.
Thise case is create a question mark about your coriour service. Plrase take it serious and take a proper action against this case.

As desired attached are the followings:-



1. Copy of advertisement inserted in Divya Bhaskar, dated 27th October 2009, Ahmedabad Edition on page No.14. The ad. clearly indicates about inclusion of Wrist Watch of Reebok worth Rs.2590/- included in the kit for which I have made the payment. Thus as per the ad. this item is not received at my end.

2. Further more in the same ad. it is clearly mentioned that if the payment is made by Credit Credit Reebok socks will be sent. In my case though the payment is made through Credit Card I have not received the socks as per the ad.

3. The other details are My Order number was OGAO90072394 and the booking number was-[protected]. The payment was made by SBI Credit Card No.[protected] on 28th October 2009 of Rs.3,199/-.

4. Copy of your invoice No.ora[protected] DATED 28.10.2009 for Rs.3,199/-.



I hope now everything is crystal clear that out of the total items of the kit as per the ad. I have not received the above two items. Please arrange to send me the same at your earliest as such a delayed response again asking me the details which are already available with you has prolonged the fruitful outcome of my grievance.



Hope you will appreciate this and will do the needful in the matter.

The advertisement clearly states that against value of Reebok Kit worth Rs.10,395/- which includes Reebok Track suit, Reebok Shoes, Reebok bag, Reebok towel and Reebok Classic Watch, payment of Rs.2,999/- plus courier charges is to be made.

I had booked for the Reebok Kit worth Rs.10395/- against payment of Rs.2,999/- + courier charges of Rs.200.00 for a total amount of Rs.3,199/-.

My Order number was OGAO90072394 and the booking number was-[protected]. The payment was made by SBI Credit Card No.[protected] on 28th October 2009 of Rs.3,199/-.

I have received the consignment on November 04, 299. However I am surprised to find that it does not contain the watch as mentioned in the advertisement. Moreover I have also not received the socks though the payment is made credit card.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and see that these two items are sent to me immediately. This is not a mistake as the invoice also contains only the items other than watch and socks. In the alternative you may please refund me the entire amount of payment and collect back the items delivered as I have not used them at all.

I am sure you will do the needful and resolve the issue amicably as such type of ommissions are causing unnecessary exchange of correspondence and mental tension on your valued customers. Please act promptly to further the prestige of your group.

India Today Shopping — Non receipt of reebok kit

I booked for reebok kit on 12/12/09 after seeing an ad in the newspaper. I paid my money through credit card. My booking id is[protected] and it was told that I will be getting a call within a week about the dispatch details etc. But so far I have not received any such call from them nor I received my material.

Non receipt of Reebok Kit,
I bookded the Reebok kit on telephone on 25/11/2009 with reference to the ad in News Paper. I paid the money through credit card. My booking ID is[protected]. It was told that the kit will be received within 10 to 15 days after booking. Still I have not received the kit.
