[Resolved] The Professional Courier — Lost parcel | |||
Hello, This is to get to your notice that i had sent a parcel from hyderabad to banglore on the 16 th of july from professional couriers maredpally brach,the parcel was supposed to reach in three days of time but till date the parcel has not reached . When tried calling the customer care they gave me a number of banglore and asked me to call him he inturn gave a very apt reply saying that he had no delivery boy and he himself was coming to deliver the parcel and till now he has not,now i get a reply that the parcel is lost ! It's very unfortunate that after 2-months approx still i didn;t get my parcel or any informatiom from professional corieer team even i contacted Corp.. office mumbaoi also but nothing happened.. now parcel team jaisalmer team stoped to pick my call...
Please let me know what to do know..
