Dear Sir / Madam

This is to bring to your notice that Professional Couriers have been a pain in my life for last 1week now.
There was a packet which was dispatched from Chennai wide docket number MAA[protected] dated[protected] which is supposed to be delivered in 2-3days(max). Today its[protected] and till now I have not received my consignment.

This consignments contains customized INVITATION CARDS of my son's first birthday. And this occasion is very precious for me. I am loosing on days to send out the INVITES to me near and dear ones.

Since Friday[protected] I have been following up with various people within the company but no one has been able to help me.
And neither are they sounding to be helpful.

I urge you to please take-up this matter with the company for the mental harassment caused to me... and help me in getting my consignment ASAP.

Invitation cards — consighnment not delivered

Through Aramex Domestic AWB [protected] invitation cards sent to GORAKHPUR (U. P.) on 11-10-08. Regret that till 25/10/08 22hrs consignement not delivered.Need thorough investigation so that it is delivered immediately.

Hi,

I had sent a courier on 02 July 2013 from Bangalore to Pune but as on 05 July 2013, It is not yet delivered. Customer service has no track of it.
Consignment no : BLR74692492
This is the worst courier service I have ever recieved. Their customer services are highly inconvenient.
The Professional couriers are worst.
