[Resolved]  Thyrocare Technologies — Regarding Safety Deposit

Dear sir,


Greetings, this is to bring in your notice that haw thyrocare is behaving
with franchise.I had join thyrocare in 1998 started from Delhi as single man
force in market of Delhi, gone back to Bihar in 1999 and developed many reason
as a Franchise. Came back to Delhi in 2007 and taken charge of hub in Delhi as
Del02 explored the business behind the imagination in 2-3 year having business
more than 2.5 cr./year. Unfortunately being insulted repeatedly instant of appreciation, bad policy of high debit and
no communication with franchisee.Lastly I had left thyrocare in December 2013
after a long association of approx. 15 year only because of very silly reason
and lack of coordination . I was not only one person who left the company but
there is aprox 10 top performer who has left the company in last 2 year but
company is harassing me alone by sending frequent legal notice framing with all
false allegation which has just started after disassociation. There is 6 lak
deposit amount with company and outstanding on me was 2.75 lak after that they
has intentionally deposited my 7 year old cheq with him as security after my
notice for not using that cheq only to frame a suit of 138, worse step by
thyrocare management against a person who has taken this company from zero to
Hero . Till the time I have not opposed or nor acted against thyrocare but only
answering the notice issued by .Hope you all will understand the pain and
suffering and do the needful.

Dont use bad word for other Employee (HR, Persnl, ). they all r like u.. Even I dont like the policy of thyrocare. other employee is just working as per the instruction given by the managment. they cant leave the job becoz of finacial problem, without any new job or etc. if sombody want to continue with thryocare they can. have u noticed 1 thing they r not giving proper increament who is working for long time and who is giving much business in short time. they gives increament Tamilian only. becoz I noticed somewher. so many people in thyro dont like to speak in Hindi. so dat how can we expect for other language. anyway let it b.

Worst company ever seen in India. I have worked with some big Brands like TATA & Airtel but not seen a company like this who thinks that they are the best in market but they aren't. In the era of vaccutainer they are using syringes. They are giving franchisee to persons who wear sleepers, have guthka or tobacco in mouth & can't even speak proper Hindi, English is apart. Instead of focusing how to charge fine to their franchisee you should focus on how to improve quality. The management also needs to improve their communication skills & English too. Thyrocare is just greedy for money not for service. Instead of making comparing yourself with other brands like SRL, Lal Path, etc. you should make your own business not by rates but by quality.
