[Resolved] Tikona — Worst Customer Support | |||
Hi, I am tikona broad band user ([protected]) and i would like to share my experience. TIKONA BROAD BAND SERVICE IS PATHETIC, AWFUL. People first send the bill and then disconnect the service (broad band connection) Had been to Tikona Office spoke to N number of people, assured all false promises but nothing works If wind blows or even if it drizzles I lose the connection. I managed for a while, paid their bills even though the bill was never sent or received. I Walked up to their door steps explained, the service was active for a week. One of the Tikona officials asked me to ignore the bill (which was sent by SMS) and everything would work fine, later they have disconnected the connection and when I call them they dont answer to my call. However, I still liked their practice of first disconnecting the connection and then sending the bill. Please share with your friends Thanks Hemant Was this information helpful? | |||

It seems that name they have kept tikona is by for siting there services, because it is an endless triangle u make complaint they say that it'll be made ok but it was never made ok complaint then there assurance & next day same status, so this is endless triangle (TIKONA) From more then 10 days not able to get connected after various complaints.

hi this is vr babu, ur suggision very very curect, warest staff and office exicutives, warest call centre's, warest language- call girls in use, so i agree this situation, so tikona staff and call girls change u r charector.less speed and aditional billing arrages.there are no usages and bill are issurd, that company only for customer amount very importance.

the other problem is they keep calling during the day for feedback and for verification multiple times and still it is a lousy service.
