[Resolved] Tikona Broadband Connection — After payment no response from Tikona | |||
Hello Sir, I have applied for a new connection to Tikona. As per their policy I have transfered 1347/- online to their account. And as per their policy the internet has to be installed within 48 hours after making the payment. I made the transaction on 4th May. After 5 days Tikona didnt deploy the connection and when ever I am calling to them they are not responding properly. I have sent email to everyone for the refund.But for that also they are not responding. I have attached one screenshot of the payment. Kindly take some action on this fraud company.
