[Resolved]  Tikona Broadband Service — Worst Customer service & Not Transferring the Connection

Hello Sir,

We have got Tikona broadband connection on 24-Feb-2012. My user Id is [protected].
Since we have shifted our house from Nilangarai to Puzhthivakam (Madipakam) on 29-June-2012. We have raised a complaint in Tikona Customer Care for the reason to update my new address (or) transfer my connection to my friend and also our device is not working properly on 29-June-2012 @ 2:40PM.

Till now We have not received any response from them. Every day we are calling to customer care number and asking about the status of our complaint, the answer from them is, we will send a technical assistant to your residence (or) with in 24 hours your problem will be resolved. Almost we had heard the same answer for 8 times.

My Tikona Complaint Number is 1-[protected].

Worst customer service from them.

Please consider this complaint as high priority and try to provide us a solution.

User ID: [protected]. I was facing Wi-Fi issue with TIKONA. In morning I called TIKONA technical support after on hold for 5 min my call got connected to Mr.Vishal technical agent, his support and help resolved my Wi-Fi issue
