HI, I had paid money for getting Internet from Tikona Broadband. Tikona executives have come to my house and checked the signals and ask me to pay the money, so i have given the cheque and other required documents and photographs too. They took nearly 1 week to come back to setup the device and finally they arranged the device and they are unable to connect the Internet connection and finally came up with that there are no Tikona signals so they said that they gonna refund my money back within 7 to 15 days. But i haven't recieved none till date. I was keep calling Tikona Customer Services, there is no proper response and are saying you will get the cheque within a week, they havent paid till now. 5 months have been passed but no response. WHY SHOULD I PAY MONEY FOR CHECKING THEIR(TIKONA BROADBAND) SIGNALS IN MY RESIDENTIAL AREA ? PLEASE ADVICE ME FOR FURTHER STEPS. Was this information helpful? | |||
