TIKONA ID: [protected] not working from last 1 week. Calling the customer care says to wait for 1 more day to get it resolved. But no action taken yet. Want to file a strict complaing against the firm as much CHARITY has been already given to them from last 1 week or I should say from last 1 yesr since I am using the service as the Internet don't work atleast for 2 days in a week. Customer care is not able to resovle the case and whenever I say to terminate the connection they just delay it by saying to give one more day to get it resolved. Some reference no. can be given: 1-[protected], 1-[protected]. I need the case for refunding atleast Rs.10,000 against harassing the customer.
Need urgent attention !!!
