[Resolved] Tikona Broadband Services — Wrong information and not disconnecting the services and continuous bill generation when not using the services. | |||
My tikona user ID id [protected]. I took the connection at the time of new year that time offer was going on for most of the net connection services. So i choose tikona and called to tikona executive for new connection.The executive clearly mentioned that there is no installation charges just paid the rupees 1250 and you will not get the bill for two month as they are taking two month at the time of connection. My plan was 550 rupees per month and 150 rupees as a deposit.But i got the bill for two month and now they are saying that executives has given the wrong information. This is not happened with me this happened with lot of customer.Sir Please help me out from this fraud tikona net connection services. I already called so many time to customer care at [protected] and clearly told that please deactivate or disconnect my connection but they are not taking any action against disconnection. From last 20 days my net is not working i assumed that it was disconnected but they have generate the bill continuously. Sir really i am so fraidup please take the strong action against tikona broadband services. They are just making fool to the customer.Just you have to type in google you will get the lot complaints against tikona broadband services. Sir help me out from this problems please take the serious action against him and please disconnect my net connection for that they are unnecessarily generating the bill.Sir i mam waiting for response.
