Tikona — Tikona Broadband Connection disconnection | |||
Hello, I took Tikona Wireless Broad Band Connection on 5 August 2011, its service is very poor no connectivty, i am not happy with the service so i complained to the Tikona about disconnection on 10 August2011, still now they havent come up , they will call me to my mobile , our services persons come for setup of you connection, i told them please disconnect the service. they keeps on telling we will disconnect it. but they never come back. Ya me to got the connection on 16th March but till now they dont change the paln which i asked. also iam not satisfied with this speed

tikona wireless broadband — Disconnection of Service
Hi,I have taken connection from Tikona Wireless broadband internet conncetion on 12-Dec-09 and was not satisfied with the services and requested for disconnection of the internet connection and they said that they will disconnect in 3-4 days but till now they have not disconnected the connection and sending the billing every month. When I asked with them they said they will take care but again I am getting the bills to my address. There are not responding at all for disconnection.
I have taken other internet connect from 28-Dec-09 and using that only.
