Tikona — Didn't change PLAN | |||
Dear Sir, I was using Tikona broadband Internet connection with 299/- plan. Around on 15 july , i called to them and asked to change my plan. Then they told me that first pay your previous bill with the amount for the plan you want to activate. Then i paid my previous bill 679/- with 1500/- for the new plan on 17 july. I've receipt as proof. Then they told me that your new plan has been activated that was 512kbps(Unlimited @ 3months). Suddenly i got another bill from tikona. And i found that they didn't change my plan. They have so careless executives. Now they are again asking for money. Apart from this, i called many times to their Head of Customer Care S. Nair to resolve the connectivity problem. But they just say that your problem will be solved within 24 hours. S.
