Dear Sir, I have a broadband connection with you, that's user id no is [protected]. My broad band is not working properly since 22nd Aug 2012. Thereafter i made a complaint at our customer case and docket No. is 1-[protected] which is progressing till now. One of your representative visited on 23rd Aug 2012, he told devise is not working, it has to be replace. After that no one is ready to come for visit and replace the devise. Every time i have called but your executive asked about check the devise and kill my 30 min every day. and no satisfactory answer has been given by them. When I sent a e-mail to Mr. Nagesh Prasad, Nodal Officer & Head (Compliances) his mail id nagesh.[protected]@tikona.in which is provided to TRAI webside by tikona then failure notice was received. Tikona provided wrong e-mail id to TRAI website. therefore act of tikona is not good. Pleaes do the needful on urgent and provide resolution.
