Hello Yesterday i got a call from TIS hazari court from a girl name Anita , she is the assistant of Aman Kalra ( [protected])as tikona legal department. They are threatening me to file a legal case against me and the way he talked to really very absurd. I am surprised how the company without talking to customer for obtaining his consent to do F&F threats directly to file legal notice. I am really bad that i got their connection. I terminated their services after experiencing the worst services of them. I registered myself for a 3 month plan in which they were going to provide me 2 mbps speed and they were giving me speed hardly of 256 kbps but charging for 2 mbps. I compliant lot of times to their customer care cell but every time they said there is issue with device installed at your home and their engg every time changed the device and said now it will work properly.Even i was not able to use internet for 1 months. I again called them regarding it but still the same no connection. I called them to know hoe to terminate the service even i raised the request andalso I send a request to terminate the services on 28 september and got a reply on 10 october that it will take 5 days and they device will be received by a CPE engg. The customer care rep also told me that you dont need to pay anything as you have a three month plan and its over. Since that i never got a call and any email . I received a call on 24 jan 2013 that you need to pay Rs 1634 as its a due amount and the rental. I had a conversation with the customer care executive she said that we auto-renewed yourpplan without letting me know . i told her that i already have terminated the service and i have a mail. she said that you need to forward it. And i aslo had a word with the person Aman Kalra (lawyer of tikona ) and Chetan ( person from tikona ) and they are rude , brutal . They are calling again and again and making me harras . Now they are billing me for the period i didnt get their services. They are forcing me to pay the full amount but they are not ready to commit me how much amount they will refund me as its necessary for me to know the amount of refund because they want me to pay for the period for which i had not availed their services. even though i have raised my concern of connection termination with their appellate authority also. Can anybody tell me what kind of legal action i can take against them because now they are treating me to send a notice . so its better i serve them with legal notice. I have all the emails with me raising a concern of termination again and again with.My tikona user id was [protected]. I want to fight against the mental harassment they are giving to their disgruntled customers. please do let me know all the remedies i have against them. can i file a FIR against them for using a absurd language while talking with me. Dont know this company become bully after raising concern of connection termination. TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS PRIVATE LTD. — Low connectivity since 10 days
I, Mr.D.M.Dande currently using Tikona's WI-FI Bro service had registered a complaint in the customer care about low connectivity.But since past 10days(10th Oct,2010)we are having low connectivity problems.Many a times when we registered the complaint they just said that they will be taking some action,but till date no action is taken.So when we need the internet we are not able to use it.And even if we dont use we will be charged as per the per month plan.So atleast they should consider our request and take some proper action on it:else they should send a person from their department to check what is the exact problem.But nothing has taken place inspite of registering complaints 4-5times.So if the net problem is not fixed within 2 days,we will disconnect this service and also will not pay the bill for this month(as we are not able to use it).
