Hi i'm Asif from Mumbai, I had taken a tikona broadband 6 months connection but to my surprise they cheated me by providing it only for 3mths.... when i had lodged a complaint with them to check they started demanding me to pay extra charges for the remaining 3 months... They also, have the aduacity to say complain were ever you want, the customer care sucks big time no ethiquittes to talk to a customer who gives them business. & when i told the customer care guy i would lodge a complaint with "GRAHAK SEVA"all he had to say was KARLO JO KARNA HAI, HAMARE UPPAR WAISE HE 400 COMPLAINTS PENDING HAI". I am going though a bizzare experience with these guys.... would never suggest anyone to use this servce provider. TIKoNA SUCKS BIG TIME with their fake commitments and pathetic customer care where they just dont VALUE the customer & thier time. My Contact No:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Bad service... I took the connection in 27th Nov'2010 for six months. Due to bad service like not connecting for 5days & speed, I requested to disconnect on 14th may 2011. Customer care people took the request and disconnected in 2hours. But shocking thing is I got the call on 22 june 2012 i have a due of Rs.3794.00. This people are not telling me the date i raised for disconnection & over to that they are using bad words to make me to pay. I am lodging the compliment against tikona in consumer court in bangalore.I serious request dnt take tikona connection. Its really bad service.

good service given by siddesh tikona agent, as my net was not working since morning. Siddesh told me some simple step and according I was repeating that steps and to my surprise my net got connected. Thanks tikona for providing such kind of support
