[Resolved] Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd — Wrong Billing and continuous harrasment | |||
I have this Tikona Broadband connection since about 2 years under the unlimited AUL6000 plan. I had paid for the entire year at the begining of the year. Yet I still recevie calls from Tikona asking me to pay some balance Rs. 660. Very strange! They had also themselves once agreed that there were no dues but later disconnected my service. I am afraid they should not repeat this once again that too for their sheer ignorance. Can anyone assist me? Was this information helpful? | |||
