[Resolved] Tikona — Disconnection Request Not processed. | |||
i took a tikona broadband connection on 25th of dec. 2011. after 2-3 days it started giving some login problems like it takes 15-20 minutes to log me in. when i was tired of this problem, called Tikona Care and requested for disconeection & settle my refund/payments on 13th Jan 12. but those guys closed my request without any action. on 31st Jan 12 they called me for the payment, then i told them the problem and again requested them to disconnect my connection with ref. no. 1-[protected] or just solve the problem and wave of my unused period bill amount and i'll continue with it. but again those guys closed my request without any action and generated 2nd bill ans calling me again and again for the payment. they are saying that if i'll not pay the bill they'll send me the court notice/challan and i'll have to face problem. tell me guys... is it fare????
