[Resolved] Tikona — Don’t even think of Tikona Broadband They will ruin you- Guarantee | |||
I already have posted complain against Tikona about their connectivity and their Customer care representative behavior. Anyway, I am posting it again so; any new person will aware of their behavior and service. So, they can avoid taking India’s worst Broadband connection. First of all, their connectivity: 1. You will never get an error free connection even for 1 month continues. 2. Their Invisible engineer can visit your house and complain can be closed without resolving. 3. Sometime their real engineer visit your house even after 10 to 15 days (that may be they called within 24 Hours) 4. You may have to call day after day just to get your own connection. 5. No matter what you will do and how many mail you send along with proves the problem will be carried in his own way Now Their Customer Care Representative: 1. They always consider the problem is with your system (No matter How good technician you are). 2. They may harass you telling –“That’s your Problem I cannot do anything” and Cut or “I only take complain of real problem” and won’t take complain. 3. You will be fooled by telling “next time it won’t happen” and the very next day it will be the same Or “Your connection is in our observation” I really want to know how they observe.
