[Resolved] Tikona — frequent disconnection of service and pathetic customer support as well tecnical support | |||
Hi, This is kundan.I have taken tikona broadband on 24 july 2012 my user id is [protected]. within few days After installation i am facing freequent dissconnection of internet and its not working at all.once a technical person came when i called them more than 10 times and it taken 15 days to that person to come.He plugged and unplugged the wire and somehow managed to connect the network.but after he went within two days the internet connection is not working again. now i am fade up with this subcriber and looking to dissconnect it.but dont know how much time they will take to dissconnect. My humble request to all the person reading this post must not take tikona connection. It is a pathetic subscriber and wont give you service at all.Data card with 2g connection is much better compared to it.since you can connect all the time with the data card.
