Dear, This is Hemant Rai, I had apply for new connection last month ( sep first week) which i have cancled on next day due to miss communication through sales person. I had deposit 1000 Rs cash on sep first weak, which i asked for refund, no the same today to informed senior authority & next day to customer care which i did not get till now, 2 and half month has already gone i had intimate to customer care but i didn't get relevant reply i had mark a mail to customer care many of time but did they not help me Kindly do the needful ASAP & confirm me Regards Hemant rai [protected] Address :- H.
