loads of complaints have been submitted.no heed is paid.they dont respond properly.

I agree, i am customer of tikona and i heard many complaints about TIKONA's free anti virus, i dont understand why they are promising to give free with their internet connection if it doesn't work properly or problematic for ur pc or laptop. even their engineers agreed if u install tikona antivirus ur pc will either hang or slow.
