Tikona Internet Connection — Tikona Keep on generating bill even after requesting for disconnection | |||
I am not using the Tikonna connection from last three month ,the total usage is 0 MB , Due to in consistence speed of Internet and bad customer services , I had decided to disconnect the connection and informed the customer care that I want to disconnect the Internet.At that time they did not informed me that I have to drop a mail to customer care for disconnection of Internet and generate the bill of Rs. 800 against me.When I again called the tikonna customer care.They told me to drop a mail for disconnection and I had dropped it but they did not disconnected and every month they are keep on adding the 800 Rs. + service tax in my bill. When I again complained it to customer care , they told me to clear the bill of 3000 Rs. before disconnection without even using any data.When I denied that I will not pay this bill .They file the case against me and forced me to clear the bill.
