[Resolved] Tikona Internet — Poor ways of making money by Tikona | |||
Hi, This is Rajwant Singh from NOIDA Sector 56 U.P. I opted for Tikona internet connection on Thursday, 19 July, 2012, and before going for this connection the sales guy called Bhupinder( Cell: [protected] ) told me that since you already have a beetel wireless modem it can be configured with the Tikona internet connection very easily and for that I will send a technician who will configure it for you. And it's almost been a month, that guy is not picking my call, not only that even customer care people also do not entertain my call, rather they tell me that they are going to transfer my call to the concerned department and they disconnect the call. And it's been happening for many days, resultantly I do not have any reference number which I can share with you. Besides, even wired connection also doesn't work properly. Now I do not wish to continue with Tikona anymore and I want a stringent action to be taken against this guy Bhupinder who thought that he got fool out of me. And I paid 2000 rupees for 3 months of internet service to tikona, since it's been pathetic since day one, I need my money back ASAP. I hope that you will take some rigorous action in this regard.
