[Resolved] Tikona — Regarding wireless broadband connection | |||
Hello Sir, We applied for new connection, we paid 1500rs on[protected] and they told us that in 3 working day you'll get connection but still we didnt get connection,from Tikona guys come but the said extra 750rs, they charging extra money for switch and wire but when we called tikona customer care they said that the cost is included in first subscription charge(or installation charge which is 1500rs). Tikona sales representative Mr. Raju N. P. Sales executive Id[protected] contact no- [protected] resident of bangalore university quarters took extra 1500rs for providing wifi router but he is still not in touch with us and not receiving our calls. if you come across these people please do not take such action of paying any money to them and Tikona official management must take some action against them.
