[Resolved]  Tikona — MAKING FOOL AND FRAUD

We have bought the internet connection from tikona broadband services, the sales man (demo person) told that the signal is very clear. So, we bought it as 6month plan and paid the amount(Rs.3900) on 28th Feb 2012. Later, they installed on 2rd Mar 2012 @ 9:30PM. At the time of installation itself, we faced the internet problem issue it was happened after 20 mins of the installation guy left. Daily the problem occurs, some time it will connect with low speed and disconnected. again we restart the device later it will connect, it was frequently occured. And we had called the tikona care, stated that "just turn off all the devices (pc, modem, etc.)" still it's not connected and not properly responded for us. Daily we call the care, later three days, they a sent a guy and checked all the things. And he stated that, at the time of installation itself you had this issue, so the installation guy will come and rectify this. Till now, he haven't come. Again and again we called the tikona care. we call tikona care twice a day, but not responded properly.

Later a week, we called continously again they sent the same guy. Again he checked all the devices, frankly told that the "signal quality is very low. the same thing will occur in future and i will report to tikona the same". Again we have called to know about the status, Each guy telling each scenario.

1) I know your problem, can you plz restart all the devices and disconnected the call.
2) We will arrange a technical person to visit your place and i briefly explained the technical person what have told. Then, they forwarded my call to superior officer and he also not reponded properly.
3) We have a backend problem and it will be resolved within 24 hours and we will update you the status. Nobody called on next day.
4) Problem not yet resolved. Again we called, told about the disconnection and they also took it as disconnection and our people will tell the procedure. Till now, nobody called about the procedure of disconnection.

Day by day they are telling lies, making us fool and doing fraud things.

5) Again Contacted them, told us "you complaint is still in progress, but we don't know any update." And also we asked about the disconnection team not called me till now, every time they telling this type of queries not handled by us. we will forward your call to billing department they will take care of you. Just the guy escaped from me and disconnected the call.

6) Again we called immediately, picked up by another guy, he also asked, what was the problem and i told from start to end and also the last guys call was disconnected. Guy say "Sorry for the inconvenience, technical issue so the call got disconnected". He forwarded the call to another concern department, they told it will resolved within 24 hours and get back to you. At that time, it got connected for 6 - 8 hours.

7)Again, the same problem occurred frequently and not connecting for entire day. Day by day calls were increased, even now we didn't get proper response. So we have asked the refund the entire amount and disconnect the service. Again tried made 4 calls on that day itself, roughly told "you will not refund the entire amount, i'll just post this in forum" and the guy told "you will get a call from us within 10:00 AM"

8) on Mar 30th, Waited for call, again turns me down, i had called 8 times (6 picked up 2 was disconnected by them) on that day.
i) Again explained whatever happened for 8 mins, he also told the same answer , i ll forward the call and disconnected.
ii) A lady picked up the call, again told the entire thing and also check "how many times i have called you since a week and nobody responded me". She told "i'll forward my call to superior", sometime later, sorry my superior is handling another call. so you'll get a call back from us within an hour.
iii) Nobody called me, again called told the same. "nobody check their logs what was happen for this guy and calling continuously". He also asked the entire thing like a bed time story (but here burning). Transferred the call to the superior and he stated that "we have sent a mail regarding the disconnection on the next day itself (when you complaint about the disconnection)" and also read out the mail. But all the things are false when i saw on next day (make me ) and also told evening you will get a call.
iv) Nobody called again, contacted them, the same bla bla and angered, all the guys are asking same question, without asking the question just saw the logs and updated notes. And also i have asked about the status. He makes me to wait and checked, said that i have understand your problem, i'll forward the call to our team and they will help you (call disconnected).
vi) Finally, i have called again, told that i don't want your services and any thing, just am pluck out all the devices and took out from here and refund the entire amount. I have talked 45 minutes but here briefly stated. It's a poor service and making us fool and fraud. Later they told that the disconnection will be made after 45 days.
why should i wait for 45 days without internet connection?
Refund my entire money as soon as possible, otherwise i'll file a case on consumer court.
It's a poooooooooooooor pooooooooooooor service.
Nobody can beat you guys in fraudulent activity.

Tikona — make customer fool

hello friend.
i m using tikona service, suffering same problem and now

felling they make me fool, but In plan which am using i has

to pay 1RS-per 1mb over 100MB, right now i has used

900MB.

now i m not going to use it in next month, but due payment

is 800 rs.
so , should i pay it or not ???
if i not pay them extra MB used charge, what they can do

except cancelling connection, plz urgenty reply me to

perform action.

what i do ?? pay or not ??
can they force me to pay ???
100% correct.
i feel they will not refund your money too.

i have been waiting for my refund, 4 months now, despited they did not install at m house due to non availability of signals

I have already mailed him from tikona portal. No body responded us. But they have created a new ticket as called the customer but ringing.
Now they closed my complaint "retention".
They itself known who am i, but they have template for all like above. just posting, never taking any action. It's a poor service.
Why they need 45 days for disconnection, still we din't go for other broadband connection. They fooled me and nothing returned back the money.
This is highly disgusting and also saw the reviews about tikona. All are bad comment such as making us fool, fraud, poor service, etc..
As of human am asking my rights in india, and need to convey this others.
on 17th apr 12. We have spoked 3 times with care. First guy disconnected the call, second (nakul) forward to unconcerned dept and third (preethi) assured that "you get a call back from us on 18th apr 12, but none of the calls received".
Highly disgusting and not properly responding. And also checked in my portal, anonymous they have created two complaints, it's not related to me. Without my knowledge they have created the complaints as "Complaint - Billing - Postpaid", "Information Product". As of now, we don't want their service, but they have created the query as "Information Product" and these are not detailed.

Anybody suggest or help me to come out from this issue.
We didn't use the service for long time and they are asking us to 4000 approx. And a lawyer threatened me regarding the payments no been done. I believed the selvakumar, vikash, rajesh no body has helped me. Already told that cancel my connection. Local guys also called and will get the instruments back. But nobody came. These guys are doing fraud, am going to complain in Ministry of communication, to revoke their license.
