Dear Sir,
Your representative Mr. Uttam - Mobile # [protected] had approched me and explanied me about Tikona WI-Bro connection. I had accordingly applied for the connection by paying Rs. 500/- by cheque no. 456677 dtd. 7/8/10 which was cleared on 23/8/10 (please see attached bank statement), but since you were not having tower in our area, the connection could not be effected. Hence I was told that my deposit of Rs. 500/- will refunded at the earliest.
But I am extremely sorry to inform you that almost 2/3 months time has lapsed and I have still not received the amount inspite of my continuos follow up and assurance made by your customer care department over the phone.
I therefore request you to refund the deposit of Rs. 500/- alongwith 7% interest p.a. from 23/8/10, failing which I had no option but to move to appropriate consumer forum entirely to your risk and cost.
