Tikona — Internet Bill Fraud | |||
Hello Sir, I have been using Tikona broad band service. I had taken 1 MBPS connection. The connection was very bad. I never got full speed for full day. Also out of 7 days in a week the net was always down for 4 - 5 days. I complained them many time but they never solved it. Then I asked them to close my connection. They customer care executives told me that they have closed the connection. But for last 3 months I have been getting new bills with 0 mb usages. They have not yet closed my connection even when I called them repeatedly. I have not been using tikona service for around 4 months now. My consumer Id at Tikona is[protected]. The request number that the consumer executives gave me are 1 - [protected], 1 - [protected]. I have also mailed there executive but they don't reply to my mail. My mobile number is [protected].
