[Resolved]  Tikona — the worst customer care service

Hello,My subscription id:[protected], I have log the tiket three times for tikona customer care but still yet not solve my problem, But tiket is closed without information and no response and useless customercare service . but my tiket also closed.what can i do.please tell me and to whom contact to best,the worst customer care service.
