Hello, This is to complaint about the way and sysytem Tikona agent and customer care treating and making them fool by robing and making a bloddy joke out of the customer, on 18th Dec 2011 there was an agent name Mr Akash from tikona cell number [protected] who came to my Apartment in the morning at 10.00 clock for a demo with a engineer and gave me a demo for the same and insisted me to pay Rs 1673/- in cash to avail the service on the same day by evening with installation the agent left without giving any receipt. After that he did not revert back for three days and whenever i tried calling him he did not answer or call back, now in meantime i spoke to Tikona Customer care and i was transfered to the engineer helpdesk the executive on the other end was very polite and explain me that i canoot get the installatioin done on the same day and gave me very proper guidance very correctly and asked me to call back again and speak to an agent which i did and he also was very polite and helpful and promised me that the installatio will be done on the next day on the 20th dec 2011 Tuesday. On the next day on tuesday i received a call from an engineer who came and installed the connection with a wired router on which he told me that he was not aware of the router issue and he was told to take a wire router and do the installation and at the same time i called the agent Akash and spoke to him on conference with the engineer for the issue he promised me that everything was under control and he will be coming with the wifi router on the second day and do the installation befor 12.00 clock and again i tried reacing him on his cell which was unavailable, again i called the customer helpline the executive was explained about the issue and transfered the line to the supervisor the resolution was given to me that the wifi router would be install on the second day again when i did not get any revert i called back the helpline nuber on Friday 23rd dec 2011 the customer care was absolutely adamant that he cannot do anything and transfered the line after sometime to a Supervisor name Shraddha shweta who was not ready to to give me any resolution but yes could argue only and very easily told me that i can disconnect my connection if i need too and disconnected the line now again when i called there was an exective who again would not understand about my problem but definately couldnot tranfer the line to the same lady and after my several verbal conversation after puting me on hold for 5 time he transfered the connection to a supervisor name Abhishekh who was kind enough not to argue an listen to my issue who promised me to call back after checking the matter. PS - GOD I FEEL LIKE I AM AN WHO IS READY TO PAY FOR A SERVICE AND LISTEN TO PEOPLE WHO ARE PAID BY MY SERVICE MONEY TO GIVE ME SERVICE THANK YOU AKASH , YOGESH, BHUSAN AND SHWETA SHRADDHA TO MAKE ME FEEL THAT I AM AN THANK YOU FOR THE EFFORTS. I have spoken to his so called manager - Uma Raul as well the so called nodal officer - Vijay Ahire also, but my problem remains the same. The call centre told me that I will have to shell out Rs. 1500/- for the wifi connection, which I refused.
I went to their registered office at Bhandup - but could not meet any senior person there. The nodal officer now says he cant do anything further and that I can lodge a police complaint against Ajay, if I so wish.
I think all at Tikona are out to deceive the people and sell new connection by false promises and commitments. Even a mail to their appellate authority is not responded to.They are worse that the road side shop guy - at least he tries to resolve any issue - within his limited means. these guys are not interested in addressing any complaints of the customers. I wonder if the owner is also of the same mentality - which explains the culture down the line.
