and i have cleared the total loan amount but i had some cheque bounces in 4W loan that i have cleared &also NOC has given from the bank till my name is showing in Civil
even when ever i am applying for personal loan its getting canceled due to my name is in Civil in HDFC bank
kindly pls he;p me for this and kindly cancel my name in civil list

Personal Loan — regarding cancellation of loan

I called an executive for my personal loan, he came and collected all the documents from me, after 2 hour he called me that i need some more documents after than i will lon on ur file.next day i cancelled my loan because the need was fulfilled by some other source, so next day i called that executive that i need my documents back so that it cannot be misused, suddenly he said that i have logged on ur file and u cant get ur papers back. It is really disgusting as i was the customer of citifinancial but from now onwards i will not trust citifinancial. this case is of jodhpur. please look into the matter and improve this and please give my documents photocopy back.

I have been recieving SMS for on my mobile phone for an Educational Loan No 12480158 for an EMI for Rs.2715. Im having a corporate account with HDFC, but with no means I have taken any Loan.

HDFC Personal Loan — Money Mishandled & Irresponsibilty of Bank

Hi,

I have taken the Personal Loan in HDFC bank and i have produced Post Dated cheque for the Tenure months of the EMI payment.

Last month (Dec 2008) my account balance was not sufficient for the EMI payment, hence the cheque i have submitted to the bank got bounced and my bank(Citi) have taken the Cheque bounce charge from my account, in the meanwhile HDFC called me and asked for the Dec month payment so i have payed the amount by cash on Dec 19 th with the Late Payment Charge. But after the cash payment done, the returned cheque again got processed by HDFC bank and the amount of same EMI has been taken from my account.

When i called the HDFC bank they file this as complaint but still nothing has happaned and i was helpless for the amount they have taken from my account as double payment for the same month.
Clearly my account says the cheque got processed but bank says they received only the cash payment when i talk to customer care of the bank.

Kindly do some needful and helpme out in this.

This is to inform you that I ha personal loan of Rs 50000.00 for 3 yeras with the emi Rs 1808.00 pm for which I hv already issued pdcs one & half year back problems is despite given pdcs yr Bank executives call me many times & said tht your chq.could not be presented since last 3 months so Pls pay us cash
which is very unfair some times they say yr chq.is bounced depite enough bal.in my a/c many times I asked them to present the chqs. in Bank, they are not agree even somties they tell me story tht yr chq.has been sent back to Head office as it could not be presented by our mistake which shows very wrong impression of yr bank & this matter is goint to be serious now & this is not only 1st time this 2nd time as previously after same story chqs were presented in my a/c & got cleared. The concerned persons are MT Niraj & miss Bahavna in past.pls advise them not to disturb customer like that other I will have to suit a caseof harashment next time.

Hoping action on this matter.

I have a comlainy and it has been a really long time that I have been getting excuses from the concerned people, I used to work for ICICI DMA Personal Loans and I dipersed 38 cases according to which I should have got 38000/- as my commision but till date I have not received any thing from your Bank and it has been more than two years.

The same case happend with me two days back. I also got a SMS -
congratulations! Your completed Personal Loan app is now accepted.Pls quote ref no.14081444 for any status update-
But within 24hr the executive informed that there are some remark from some agency as- "civil code is bad match" as I had taken a loan of Rs 50000 four years ago and cancelled or paid immediately.
They had given a email address of that agency to take details for the same as: [protected]@civil.com and website: www.civilinfo.com
But there is no such site in existance and there is delivery failure reply from emailaddress given by them.
Another thing I had never taken any loan in year 2005 from any bank or any institute. How HDFC is blindly beliving any agency which is not in existance we dont know or are they making a fool to their existing customers? Someone has to taken this strongly. What about the blank cross cheques issued to them as security?

CIBIL - its our very own credit rating agency which in independent but works very closely with banks. It tracks all your INcome and OUTcome, payment arrears etc and informs lending institutions.

HDFC/CAR LOAN — Executive Rejected loan amount

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had applied for Second hand CAR loan in HDFC bank Bhopal 7days back.My loan amount was 1.20 Lac.Without any problem loan amount is passed.But the car dealer didnot rectify most of the problems in CAR & HDFC executive was asking for the cheques( 8 nos).In turn i said i will only give you the cheques when my car get repair that was only 2 hours work.Executive directly said to me that he cannot pass the loan amount.I was using the CAR & already paid the down payment.

It was a irritating moment.I dont know what he reflected in HDFC bank about my case to reject my loan.

My name is Sreenivas took personal loan from HDFC bank in 2005 for 4 yrs in Noida, later i changed my company and Salary account as well, i also updated my address and mobile number, every month i used to transfer same amount to HDFC, after several months i came to know that still there were more EMi's than actual, when i called the Customer care ..their response was horrible, and they explained that, one month there was insufficient amount in my account, so first they deducted the Penalty of Rs 450 . so it has been repeted for 10 months, , every month they tried to deduct whatever amount was there in my accout,
Therer was no proper response from Customer care .. totally it caused 4 extra EMI 's ...now i stoped transfering amount to my HDFC account, because, , they will deduct ..from it ..what should i do ...

My name is Raghu, working in MNC.

I have taken SBI credit card long back, I came to know that the bank people was putting extra charges. So i have settled the amount and closed the credit card,

Whenever I applied Person loan, the bank people used to says us, all the transaction and documents is correct but only your name is in civil. I donot know why they have put my name into the civil. When all my credit card and also personal loan transaction statement are fine and there is no overdues with these credit card.

Could you please help us regarding on this issues. Now I want to apply personal loan, but none of the bank is offering because of this Civil.

HDFC — Loan rejected

Hi ,

HDFC representative approached me to avail the loan from bank. Due to continuous calls from the bank and reqirement for urgent money, i have decided to apply the loan in the bank. As per the bank process, i have submitted the documents which was requested by them.

Bank rejected my application by giving the reason that i have already taken a loan in my name with my same living address. I followed up and found the person who lived in the same house has took the loan which was also clarified by me to the bank. Provided the documents for the same.

Again the loan was rejected saying the reason, it was in seventh bucket.Reason was that i have not paid the credit card bills on time. (I hold the credit card from HDFC and am paying the bills before the payment due date. I do have the bills with me for the payments made)

I want to raise a complaint against the bank as well the loan department asking for the reason why the loan was rejected even the documents were very clear. This is not for simply complaining the company for rejecting the loan. I took so much time to get the documents ready for the bank and also i have not approached the bank for loan. LOAN REQ # 16020549.
