I have brought jsb health machine in Rs.7540 on 15th Jan 013. Assured delivery time given was 3weeks. Product was not shipped for more than 3weeks. Paid through credit card. Now from so many days I am paying interest. Later I cancelled the order. And order is not cancelled from 1week. Still pending and not yet refunded. Really unsatisfied with the worst service. I HAVE ORDERED A Sony VAIO E Series SVE15113EN Laptop (Black) ON DATED 29.09.2012 FROM TIMTARA.COM BY HDFC CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OF RS. 27790/-. BUT TILL DATE ie 17.02.2013 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SAME.

I HAVE MADE SO MANY CALLS TO TIMTARA.COM CUSTOMER CARE. EVERY TIME THEY REPLIED OUR EXECUTIVE WILL CALL U WITHIN 24 HOURS, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOT EVEN A SINGLE CALL FROM THEM. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIME TO ITS SHIPMENT OFFICER RITESH, BUT HE HAS NOT LISTEN MY PROBLEM. EVEN I CONTACT TO A SENIOR OFFICER HARISH, HE TOLD YOUR LAPTOP IS NOT IN OUR STOCK SO WE ARE SENDING YOU ANOTHER LAPTOP OF SONY VAIO WITH SAME CONFIGURATION. BUT STILL NOT RECEIVED.

NOW I NOT ONLY WANT MY LAPTOP EVEN WANT THEY SHOULD PUNISHED BY LAW IF ANY IN OUR COUNTRY.

I have purchased 1 x IFB 20BC3 20 Ltr Microwave Oven (Order number #[protected] Order Date:[protected] through timtara.com online shopping. I purchased this for 7079 Indian Rupees, but i have get my order yet.
I called them around 10-15 times to inquire about delivery of the product. But every time they just say this will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Also i did not find any of the option to get my money back from them. Please do need full. It will be highly appreciable. Thanks in advance

i have order segate 1Tb external hardisk on 2 jan 2013 but till dated i havent received it.i have complain more than 14 times but their is no action proceed from timtara.com.
but now a days they can not received complaint calls.
NOW WHAT CAN I DO AGAINST THIS FRAUD PLEASE TAKE SUITABLE MEASURES FOR GETTING MY MONEY BACK

Order# . Bought 2 items in the middle of December 2012 (1.Philips coffee maker and 2. Philips Induction cooker). Got Philips coffee maker after 3weeks ok waiting. But not yet the induction cooker. Not able to connect to customer care. Let me know the status by email.

I have not yet received my product still now, as on Order conformation call they informed me the Order will be shipped in the maximum of 4 weeks time, but still now I have not received any status update from your side, I have already Raised a complaint through your website which is a totally waste Ticket #60004 / Feb 27th 2013 but till now no feed back on that, same time I have registered a complaint through your Customer care numbers but there also only Ticket only raised but no feed back
