I have online ordered BSNL Penta IS 701R Tablet(IS 701R) in 11th of June but still they have not delivered the tablet. I have complain so many time & mailed to their customer care but no one is listening my complain. My order no. is " 10269970".

I will not purchase any item in future from timtara.com

I ordered (order no.[protected] a phone( sony xperia p mobile phone (black)) worth Rs 20,459 from the website Timtara.com on 4th June 2012,
for which I did the payment online through my HDFC Credit Card.
The product page stated delivery within 15-20 working days so I waited till 2nd july 2012.
But till date (11th july 2012) the status of my order is still awaiting shipment.
I have called them up so many times yet they ask me to wait further.
They are not specifying or confirming any delivery date.
Please help me in either getting the product delivered or the refund of the amount that I have paid to them.

But still i have not received the product nor i have received refund of the money which i had paid for it. I would request you to please kindly help in this regards to get my money back.I have made many calls and emails to the company but they only keep saying that someone from the backend will call me etc… but till date nothing has happened yet. Please kindly help me..

Hi guys,

I’ve placed one order (Xperia U) on TIMTARA.COM, 33 days back(paid using credit card) and still they are not delivered the product.

The WORST ever service by a shopping site…

Even I’ve requested to cancel the order 17 days, for this also nothing happend.

So guys don’t go with timtara.com and don’t loose your patience & money.

I have place order(#[protected] on Timtara.com on 22 sept 2012 for canon camera. I have paid full amount by credit care. After many follow they are still not delivering my ordered product. I have raised product cancellation 10days (18 oct 2012) back but still not cancel my product status showing "Awaiting shipment". When ever I call they said it will done within 3 days. but till the day no progress. I have seen my simillar complain on Same forum. All guys please join to gether and register case agaist timtara on consumer court. I think this is one approach remain. What you say all the guys.Please Contact me on

Timtara.com — NON SHIPMENT AND NON DELIVERY

I HAD BOOKED MICROMAX NINJA2 A56 MOBILE HAND SET WITH TIMTARA.COM ON 25/08/2012 ORDER NO.10312960, THEY HAVE PROMISED TO DELIVER THE SAME WITHIN 3 WEEKS MORE THAN 65 DAYS HAVE BEEN PASSED AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE, ON INQUIRY WITH CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE GIVING STANDARD REPLY THAT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITHIN A WEEK IT WILL BE DELIVERED.

BUT ONLY FALSE PROMISE AND IT HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED.

Timtara.com — Timtara.com - not refunding the money

I placed an order thru Timtara.com (order # 10240768 dt 21-Apr-2012). The payment was made thru ccavenue. First 3 months, they did not deliver the product. Everytime when I call the helpdesk, they will simply tell that it will be delivered in 3-5 working days. Stupid guys...thinking the customers as fools. After 3 months, the order was marked as "cancelled - payment refund pending". Even after, I followed up with their helpdesk and the payment portal - ccavene thru which I made my payment. Still Timtara did not refund the money. I ordered for a laptop and the order amount is rs.19,959. Think about the case someone is holding your money for 6 months. That’s what Timtara does and they rate themselves as #1 in Online portal for user ex perience (might be cheating business). Even now, when I called helpdesk, I am getting response that they will refund in 2-3 working days. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TIMTARA. BE AWARE YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BY A CHEATER.

I Ordered three product on 31st August with timtara.com, After several reminder two product received but no information on One order (Third one) , After 1 1/2 month they updated their website as Money refund under pending against the same order..

Now almost 1 Month passed showing Payment Refund pending against order No. #10317644 but their customer service still asking to wait but no clue how much time i need to wait.

Just don’t know when it will refund or refund or not...

They are Cheater

I purchased a Casio watch (order Id[protected] on 23/8/2012 and now its almost 3 months still I didn't get the product. The site is showing awaiting shipment status.I called them many times and every time they say that we provide you exact date of shipment within 24 hours and no call & mail comes after that. This is very annoying. I want some strict action against them.

I have ordered a citizen watch worth rs.7215 from timtara.com on 13 September, 2012 and my order number is 10324812. I have made the payment through your payment gateway using Citi Bank credit card and the reference number for this transaction is [protected].

It was mentioned in the product description that the product will be delivered in 15-20 working days. The same was even mentioned in the order confirmation mail that I have received after placing the order. After 20 days has passed, I have called the customer support regarding this issue and they replied me that the shipping has been delayed and the product will be delivered within 6 working days.

I have waited for two more weeks. During this time, I have spoke to the customer care many times and their reply is same that the product will be shipped soon. They wont reply for the mails. But till today they have not shipped the product. At last I decided to cancel the order but I'm afraid whether they will refund the amount or not because I have read many similar complaints about timtara after I waited for a long time.

I'm mentally disturbed a lot regarding this issue from many days because the amount I have paid is not a small amount just to leave it simply. The product is worth rs.7215.

I would like to know whether you can help me somehow regarding this issue as I have used your payment gateway for this transaction. I kindly request you to help me regarding this issue.

I HAVE ORDERED A DRILL MACHINE KIT WITH TIMTARA.COM ON 15TH NOV 2012(ORDER NO.[protected] FOR RS.2099/-, I RECEIVED THE ORDERE CONFIRMATION STATING THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED WITH 10-15 DAYS. BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT, WHEN CALLED TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE THE REPLY STATUS IS ALWAYS AWITING SHIPPMENT.THE DONT REPLY PROPERLY AND DICONNECT THE PHONE . I FEEL THIS IS FAKE SITE. REQUEST ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS SITE.

Timtara.com — FRAUD TIMTARA

I have purchased a printer named [HP 3 in 1 INKJET DJ-1050 AIO Printer(DJ-1050)] on 12/12/12. Order number[protected]. Amount paid Rs. 3200 on the same date by ICICI e-banking. They gave me delivery time of 3 weeks.It ends on 2nd January 2013. But till 7/01/2013 they have not shipped the product and are refusing to give refund. Saying we will deliver the product in next 2-3 days..But not shipping it..I think they are doing fraud to me. I am calling timtara regularly from 24th Dec 2012 on[protected] and they are always saying that we will deliver the product within 2-3 days..But no product is delieverd to me yet. Many more customers are also complaining the same problem. Please help me.

i have been ordered LED TV from timtara.com as on dated 01.11.12. order no is 10346782. but product not delivered yet. many times approach to the customer care but they didn't take any effective action. 2.5 months have been already passed but still waiting for the same.

please look into the matter and give your valuable suzzation for short out the matter.

I have order by no[protected], a citizen 432 blood pressure monitor on 2nd march 2012. Still this product shown awaiting shipment. I called them at least 100 times.....and they replayed with the same answer "it will be shipped shortly"
but till date I don't get any product. After that on november 2012 they told me for any other product within this range from there website. They assured me that they are ready to shipped any product instead of the blood pressure monitor. So I choose tata crystal water purifier, but till date I do't get any product by this order number.
Now I am mentally tired to call them and also spend nearly 400 bucks for 100 times calling. So please take some necessary step by which nobody may't be cheated by this online shopping site.

I have ordered a phone (HTC Desire V) worth Rs 13,490 from the website Timtara.com on 24th December 2012, for which I did the payment online through Net Banking service of Kotak Mahindra Bank. As per the site, the product is delivered in 15-20 days so I waited 14th Jan 2013 then I called their customer care about the status of the product. They told me that it is awaiting for shipment which is the status since I purchased it from the site. Now, whenever I call them they ask me to wait further soon they will contact me for the information about the product. But I am not receiving any information about the product.They are not specifying or confirming any delivery date.

Please help me in either getting the product delivered or the refund of the amount that I have paid to them.

I've ordered an External Hard disc from www.timtara.com on 17-Dec-12, which has a delivery date of 8-Jan-2013. The money (Rs.5039/-) has been debited from my account at the time of the purchase but the product has not yet been delivered and the status is showing as "Awaiting Shipment". I've called them several times, and the call center executives are pathetic, especially Nina. They hang the phone up on the customer. I've also written a mail to [protected]@timtara.com but didn't get a response till date.

I've also seen many complaints in this forum. Has any action been taken against this company ? I need information and suggestion on how to proceed with this issue.

I placed an order online for 1 x Sony VAIO E Series SVE14112EN Laptop on 10the october 2012.The delivery time has told 8-10 working days.I talked more than 50 times with customer care but i am not satisfied to their response.they just make excuses.and than they canceled my order but still date i haven't got my refund.Please register fraudulent and cheating case against thee TIMTARA.COM.All supporting information for furtheer consideration.
