TATA Indicom Photon Whiz — To claim the prize

Today i have purchase a tata Photon whiz of Rs.2000.00. for tata indicome exculsive show room. and wants to install in my sony laptop with a operating system of Window vista home preimum. I hav taken my laptop along with me. the show room person could not installed to my laptop saying ur operating system is not supporting modam for the photonwihz. However, my laptop is brand new laptop of sony with pre installed operative software. As per showroom person sugesst me to go for this to sony laptop showroom. But i dont why?. pl let me know in this regard what to do. My mob no is ..[protected],

I am a TATA INDICOM Cell phone's Prepaid Customer
one time TATA INDICOM Company is to start "CALLER TUNE" in my phone without my permission and cut it's Charge 30 Rs., I Complained to INDICOM's Customer Care but they not responce wery well. now Customer care of TATA INDICOM's customer supervisor not talk with me only cassate playing.
Now what can I do TO CLOSE CALLER TUNE in my cell phone ?
How in complain in GRAHAK SURAXA about this matter ?
I have not any Proof of it.
Pls help about this matter.

i want a prepaid unlimited tariff @ rs 500 only.which rate suit everybody
