[Resolved]  Toshiba India Pvt Ltd / Refrigerator — cover of warranty

dear sir
we have purchased a refrigerator model no GRM 53 UDA IND 0n 28 nov 2008 through m/s Kapil Electronics D- 79 LGF malviya nagar delhi invoice no 1317 . i m in army and now i got shifted to Bathinda (punjab ) . my fridge gone faulty since last 10 days and on approaching to toshiba service center it was told to me that i have to pay Rs 2000 (two thousand) as transpotation charges for an mech to visit my house in bathinda even though my house is in side city limits which i found is in correct . request help me in getting my warrenty cover for which i m authorise . since its summer season pl respond urgently

Get in touch with the high ups in Sales and Service Department in your region. Once you mail them your complaint and the reason for your dis-satisfction probably they will look into it, They are quite helpful.
My refrigerator had gone bad with-in 10 days of my purchase and had to keep mailing them continuously and only then it was rectified 1 month later .

This is a matter of serious concern.i had purchased a Toshiba laptop on 8th august 09 from a shop(laptronics at kalyani nagar, Pune).After four days problem started in that.The problem is related to turning it ON.Whenever one wanted to turn on laptop after a long duration(after 2 or 3 days) it did not turn on.I launched complain in customer support after that I took it to service centre.they handed over it to me after a week telling that this is now ok.but again after 2 days problem started.In this way i went 3 times to service centre.Every time they kept laptop with them for 10 to 15 days and after that they called me by telling this time it will work properly .But still I am suffering from same problem with my laptop.Now I got totally harrased and completely frustrated.It has been total of 2 months and 22 days and I m unable to use my laptop for the purpose I purchased it.I m a student and I m totally unable to think what to do next.At last I have decided to return back the system(laptop) and I want all my money ( Rs.30900) back with compensastion, that’s why I have contacted u.i[censored] can help I would be greatly thankful to you.
