I bought my toshiba last summer. t works terribly - very slow to open anything - in OE it says Not-responding while the little goes round and round. and round and round - IE doesn't have a place to write not-responding but that circle goes round and round with nothing happening. I called Toshiba and they said Vista is the problem so I called microsoft and they told me to re-install which I did which made no difference. Everyone knows that Vista is a problem, but Toshiba is the company that included it with their laptop. I paid Toshiba for a working product and it's worthless!!! I don't cate about microsoft's problem, Toshiba owes me a good product!! If nothing else, they should send me a Windows XP disc since that is what is wrong with their product. Companies always send you the two extra screws that you need to make their product, this is the same - they should send me the XP to make my product work, or else refund me the money I paid for the laptop.
