[Resolved] Toshiba — No response on repetitive complaints | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased a Toshiba television on 25th October, 2011 and was given a 3 year warranty. It went into disorder in this October and a complain was made by on 5th October,2012. the complain id no is[protected]. Their was no response for one and a half months. When an executive arrived for repairing he had brought a faulty part. Since then I haven't received any response from them in spite of repetitive complaints.
