Toshiba Notebook (L40 Satellite) — Toshiba's service is bad, indeed very bad | |
I brought a Tosiba laptop in April'08 with an one year international warrenty . Before 2 months (24th of Oct'08) all of the sudden it got a "Not Switching ON" problem, I visited the service centre here at HCL Infosystems Ahmedabad (Authorized Service Providers of Tosiba notebook). They said that PCB need to be replaced and will have to arrange it from abroad and it will take around 5 weeks. But till date inspite of repetative reminders and followup I have not got any positive feedback from the Service provider. By this poor services on part of company and service provider not only i lost the benefit of the opportunity cost incurred on the notebook but i also lost the benefit of after sale service by 2 months. I strongly recomend to company for not to extend their service across the world if they can't serve it to their user. Was this information helpful? | |
