[Resolved] Toshiba — Toshiba LED PB200 in the month of November and it stopped working after 3 days of purchase | |||
Hi , I had bought a Toshiba LED PB200 in the month of November and it stopped working after 3 days of purchase . As per the warranty procedure I than called the customer service of Toshiba and logged a compliant on 23rd November 2012 for the same. And the Compliant Number is 112112/414. Which was than acknowledged by one of your representative from Gurgaon and there contact number is [protected]. The representative walked in after 2 days for the complaint date and he said that there is a problem in the LED and they need to replace the part . And this will be done in 3 to 5 working days . I’m sorry to tell you that the issue is still not fixed and Toshiba Rep.. did not turned up there after , we keep calling the customer service and the service center and every time we are informed that the part is still not arrived and will take another 2 to 3 days it’s been 15 days form 23rd November and the part is still not replaced.
