[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — Non delivery of documents/parcel

We have sent 3 dockets to our Head Office located at Birla Colony, Bhiwani on 6th October'2010 under Air way Bill No.s[protected]. Out of these three, one docket having A/w No.[protected] contain important document worth crore of Rs. These documents have not been delivered to us. As per the online track report (snap shot given below), docket no.[protected] delivered to Bhiwani but the Bhiwani COuier agency refusing that it has not received document/parcel despatched under air way no.[protected] & 659. Please note that docket no.[protected] is being delivered.

Trackon Couriers — Couries not reach

Dear sir/madam,
I had send trackon courier through college admission documents, on dat 11/07/2009 on Saturday, from Mumbai to Nagpur, docket no.[protected], but it was not to the clients and when I contact Nagpur office, I think name of person Mr. Jitendra he was tacking very rudely.
My kind request to you to help us it’s very important document and its very urgent otherwise student loose admission. I request you this document should reach today 2 pm anyhow.
Please help and take necessary action.

I booked a parcel on[protected] for RANCHI from LUDHIANA TRACKONCOURIERS at R.K. INETRNATIONAL AMAN HOUSE TRANSPORT NAGAR. But till now my no my parcel deliverered. my consignment number is[protected].On line no any status regarding this consignment. Now I written a letter to regional officer trackon couriers for my claim on[protected], but he not give any satisfactory answer. Regarding this I also talk with mr. Bhardawaj,amit. but no body to entertained properly

Trackon Couriers — breakage and non delivery of consignment

The consignment of medicinal products was couriered on 09.04.2010.The destination was Mr Sambhaji Deshmukh c/o Wockhrdt ltd.Chikal thana Aurangabad Maharastra. The docket no.is[protected]. We have been constantly following about the status since 15.04.2010.but there was no status available till 17.04.2010. Then it was told that the consignment is broken and it was returned by the consignee.The consignee is constantly following us and telling us that they have not received it so far.It is returned back to Delhi .On 21.04.2010 we were informed that damaged consignment has reached Delhi and being sent to Baddi.
Even today i.e 27.04.10 the same is not received so far and no body is available to entartain our griveances or giving a satisfactory answer.
I beg the honourable forum to do the justice for the sufferings and damages caused by the courier company.

Trackon Couriers — missing courier

i have sent a courier through Trackon couriers form Indore to Kolkata on 14th aug,2010,docket no 200**7561, but it was not delivered to the clients till 23rd aug,2010.more over no complaints box, contact nos, and suitable tracking history are not available in their website. i would suggest other people not to sent important documents through Trackon couriers.

MEANWHILE V CALLED LOTS TRACKON PERSON DIDN'T GET ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER . IN THAT COURIER 4 PRODUCT IS MISSING . I TOLD REGARDING THIS TO MR ANAND ON HIS MOB. NO.[protected] HE IS UR CONSORT PERSON AT HINJAWADI. TILL TODAY I M NOT GETTING ANY RECEIVING FROM TRACKON . AS PER MR . AANAND HE TOLD TO ME HE SENT THAT RECEIVING THROUGH COURIER . DEAR SIR,

I WAS GUARANTEED THAT MY PARCEL(which was given on 16/4/11) WILL BE DELIVERED BY MONDAY(18/4/11) AFTERNOON TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IN DELHI WHICH STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED EVEN AFTER REMINDING THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN ABOUT ITS URGENCY.
ON CALLING THEM UP,THEIR RESPONSE WAS VERY CASUAL AND SAID THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN THE COURIER IF THEY KNEW IT HAD TO BE DELIVERED BY MONDAY( which i had been insisting on even while i was paying the courier charges) THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THE PARCEL ON THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITE AND AFTER TELLING ME TO CALL UP AFTER 5 MIN. THEIR PHONE LINES WERE SWITCHED OFF.
MY TIME AND MONEY BOTH WERE WASTED ON TRYING TO GAIN INFORMATION FROM THEM REGARDING MY PARCEL. I HOPE SOME ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN TO STOP THIS KIND OF ILL PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR OF THEIRS
