[Resolved] Tradus.in (ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd.) — Transaction Failed but Amount Debited from Credit Card | |||
Dear All, Please see below mail and you will understand the whole matter. The Tradus.in is not reversing the amount which was debited from my credit card due to failed transaction. I have already reported the matter to their customer service but they have still not reversed the amount. When i tried to find the contact no. for the site, i found they don't have any customer care number where any one can contact for any issue. I have found many complaint of harassment against this site on this https://www.consumercomplaints.in also. Please beware with this site as you cant contact them if face any problem Thanks. i'm shopping online on tradus.com but during my payment it's failed so i try to pay again as it;'s showed me failed so i did after three failed payment at the end fourth time it's work and my payment was successful they what happened with my last three failed transactions if it's failed then why it's been debited from my account here is my three failed transactions id and one successful transaction id details,
1. 25/11/13 : POS[protected] PAYU payment unsuccessful Rs, 1562.00
2. 25/11/13 : POS[protected] PAYU payment unsuccessful Rs, 1001.00
3. 25/11/13 : POS[protected] PAYU payment unsuccessful Rs, 1001.00
and fourth payment successful detail
4. 25/11/13 : POS[protected] PAYU payment successful Rs, 1001.00
kindly look for my failed transaction details and return/refund my amount which has been wrongly debited
