[Resolved] Tradus — No response for the ordered item | |||
Dear Sir, I am writing this mail to you for the item having sub-order 8435182_01, Im trying to figure out my ordered item from more than 13 days, but there is no response from Tradus fellows. I tried their customer service number but there was IVR voice only saying 'go to that go to there' in Hindi and again same in english. I gave them mail requesting to let me know the status of my item, but the replied mail was we will get back in 3 days, and now its more than 10 days. I had written mail 2 times earlier including one mail to their CEO Mr. Khosla but there was no response. I am totally lost what to do as their helpline number is also not available, I am totally unaware of such things earlier, if I was then had never select Tradus, now I am requesting you to solve the issues either as getting my money back or getting the delivery of the said item. Now there was hope of only of you Consumer Forum to take strict action against such fraud companies so that the thing that I had faced should not happen to other consumers.
