I had ordered for this item on 17/3/2012 Order ID: 2347369 Item ID: 1781650 Product Name: HIFI Webcam Speaker Microphone 3in1 USB Camera amount paid from debit card o[censored]nion Bank of India Rs 599 But on 28/03/2012 tradus informed me that in spite of our best efforts, we are unable to procure the said product. Your order has been declared out of stock and has been cancelled and will refund the amount within 10 days . but the has not been refunded till date.many email were send to tradus on this issues , Pl help to recover the amount of Rs 599 Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered "Inalsa Multimix Hand Blender" from "tradus.in" on 08-Apr-2012 with transaction ID 2439733. Item was not delivered in a week so, i cancelled the order on 15-Apr-2012. Since then I am waiting for my hard earned money. I have sent lots of mails and in every reply I am promised to get money in 10 working days. In my last mail it was said that I would be getting my money in 24~48 hours. Even after three days of getting this mail I did not get any money. When I sent a mail for clarification, they are again asking for 3 days.
I am seriously thinking of filing an FIR of fraud against tradus and ibibo group. These guys are fraud.
