[Resolved]  Tradus — Product Not Received

Hi,

This is Manjunath from Bangalore. I placed an order in Tradus for 8Gb Memory Card. Below are the details:

Order ID : 3095746
Order Date :[protected]
Order Value : Rs. 241/-
GV Discount : Rs. 50/-
Net Payment Value: Rs. 191/-
Payment Mode : Net Banking
Payment Status : Successful

As one can see I paid through netbanking and payment was successful. (attaching the screenshot of Order details in my Tradus account)

Problem is Order Status shows as Goods Dispatched. But Its been a more than a 10 days I have not received any product or even a call for the same from courier. I have been sending message to Customer Care within Tradus account - there is not a single response. I doubt - if they have any customer care center. Not able to find any phone/contact number In their website- How Trustworthy is this..

This was my first deal with Tradus and it's really disappointing. May be it's a small amount one can ignore - but this is not the way to make money - Tradus. Really - a Bad Experience. Mistake teaches a lot, and my mistake was to purchase from Tradus.. and It has paid me..!! Thank you Tradus.

Hi,
I bought a product on 11/2/2011order number 1373892 and I have not received the product until the time I am raising this complain, these people don't have any help line people any forum should be banned immediately a stern action should be taken against this kind of Hypocrites. Please suggest was how to get a refund of rs 711.

Our system failed to capture any contact details as a result of which we were unable to conatct in any form.

We have refunded amount of Rs. 711 and the RRI number for the same is [protected]

You will receive the funds in your bank account within the next 4 business days maximum time.

We also see that you have used a gift voucher of Rs 205, which will be revalidated & you can use it once again, however, we are unable to share the GV details with you over the public forum as it is a unique number - request you to contact us through our home page by clicking the 'contact us' tab & we will positively revert to your mail & revalidate your GV. We can only revalidate your gift voucher once we receive the details from your side.

Hi Team,
I have placed an order in tradus.in on 20th July. On the same day I could see the order status on the order history page.
I have not received the product yet. Also in the website I can't see anything in the order history.
Kindly don't give an excuse of system was not working. If It was not the payment wouldn't have successful and I wouldn't have got the sms of the order ID.
Please note my order id: 3243901, request you deliver the product as soon as possible.

Its been multiple interaction with Tradus & reply was not encouraging..

Surprisingly status of my product says it is delivered however i dint receive it till now.

No one is worried to action on complaint rather i was advised to talk to vendor or courier for speedy action.. then why this is site is availiable. If iam suppose to contact vendor directly i would have purchased from him directly..
