[Resolved]  Travel Agency — Cheated me with my money

Sir,
I have paid an amount of Rs 6750 to Mr Shubro of Shiva International to make my air tickets from New Delhi to kolkata on 21st oct alongwith the return ticket on 31st oct.Am staying in New Delhi as of now in connection to my job,my hometown is kolkata.I have the paid the amount to him on 10th of August...I have made ticket from them earlier also hence relying them I have paid them the money prior to issuing me the ticket...even without any receipt…

I have transfered an amount of Rs 6750 to Mr Shubro in a/c no [protected]/SBI Hatibagan(this a/c no was provided by Mr Shubro to me for transfering the money)....Even after paying the money on 10th of August after long persuation with him,he sent me only the ticket from New Delhi to kol on 22nd Aug....But in that ticket the spelling of my name was incorrect,hence I requested him to send a fresh ticket with correct spelling of name otherwise it may be problem at the airport..He comitted to do so within a week but till 19th of october he did not give me any ticket,neither onward nor return...In between I have rigorously followed up with him for the tkt on phone but everytime he has given some or other excuses...

Ultimately he did not give me any of the tickets and now also not returning my money back..Mr Shubro is an agent in Shiva International working with his Sister and Brother-in-law..He has now withdrawn his phone number no which I used to call him..also am not getting any support from his Sister and and Brother-in-law to get my money back…They simply cheated me with my money…Even his sister Ms Kakoli who is the main owner of the company is not taking my call…

I beg ur good offices to kindly help me in getting my money back… ...
